Death Row
These are the men of Death Row. These are the special ones. The ones who have been forgotten and forsaken by family and friends. Yes, I will grant you that they have made some horrible mistakes in life, but who among us hasnt? And who are we to judge? There are many men on Death Row today who have honestly turned their lives around and now believe in God. I am not speaking of an overnight Jail House religion. I am speaking of these men who have been incarcerated for 15-20 years waiting to die. They know what they are focused on by now. If you will take the time to write to a Death Row Inmate and bring a little light into the darkness of depression for them, I promise you that the rewards you will reap will be unbelievable. Reach out and touch a heart. You wont be sorry.
PERSONAL QUOTE FROM THE WIFE OF AN EXECUTED PRISONER
ROBERT GLOCK, FLA.
"People need to know these are people with families they're killing. I tell people you just never know...one day it could be your spouse, child, mother, father, daughter, son, grandchild, friend...you just never know. Anyone who knew Bobby would've known he should not have been killed. I see people being cruel to their children and my heart goes out to those children because God only knows what will become of them. Bobby started running away from home at 6 years old and nobody listened or payed attention. 6 years old! Shouldn't that have been a huge red light that something was seriously wrong??? "

I have been in Ad Seg. ( the hole) for over 16 years. I am locked up for 23 hours a day, with no human contact. I am permitted to excercise outside in a fenced in area the size of a dog run, and I am allowed to have 2 showers a week. I try to stay focused and I believe I am doing a good job of staying together. I would appreciate mail from anyone. And I will definitely respond to all. God bless you for reading this and for considering me as a pen pal.

Hi. I am a Cancer, born on July 3rd. I am very much interested in Art, and am generally a quiet and serene person. I have no one writing me, and it becomes very lonely here on Death Row with no outside communication or support. Letters in here are equivalent to Gold in your outside world. I would appreciate a friend who would send me a letter once in a while, or even more often :-) My friends all call me Blue.
